Sometimes you're just completely busy because of work and all that is stressful. There's also the different kind of stress when you're doing way too much stuff going on. I think the last time I posted was quite a while ago. To save time and efforts. I'll do a short point form summary.
1. Toronto may seem big, but it's also very small in a sense. On my random trip to SquareOne trip to check out the stuff in town I ran into quite a few people. It's surprising. You don't expect to see someone halfway around the world. It's just not like Hong Kong where you always run into someone. Anyway, pretty cool.
2. Meeting new family friends and all that fun stuff. Over the course of the three days I have met a lot of my mom's old family friends. It's really funny that this really old family friends of ours, that I've never met before is also in the same program. WOOOO CONEDDIES but she's in arts. Anyway, small world.
3. Queen's Queen's Queen's. Oil Thigh is my new favourite song. People are great and uber friendly. I think my most random encounter yet is with the "congregation" of Koreans. It's even funnier because one of my floor mates urged me to sit down with the group. It all ended with a three hour conversation over kimchi instant noodles and Canada Dry Ginger Ale (: YUMMY.
