- Always, ALWAYS pay attention to signs in airports (esp in Vancouver) just because you might miss your connecting flight
- Related, always make sure you have ALL your train tickets before leaving the house
- My limit till physical exhaustion is <2 hours per night for a week
- Be conscious of my commitments, once I'm on board theres no going back (except excruciating circumstances then I'll go back on my word)

- Realize that although some people on your team have played a long time, mistakes happen and there are consequences
- What it feels like to have a minor concussion/mild head injury - no idea what the difference is, but it hurts to hear anyone speak to me
- The perfect way to avoid a really long, over-extended meeting is to have the excuse of playoffs
- You can make your friends do everything, but reciprocate. One of those ways is purchasing them a meal.

Then & Now
From the time I stepped off that jet plane from Hong Kong in January these are the things I've learned, need to do, thought about.
