It was that time of year, where everyone gathers around a large turkey and meet up with families and all the other food goodness. Of course, for all those in Canada. No one ever minds getting Monday off too!
My Thanksgiving was great, I hope yours was as well, wherever you may be. I think it was a good choice to stay in town. It was quiet, but I got a lot of crap done. You just get that feel good feeling right after. It wasn't really homework or anything, but just changing my sheets, vacuuming, organizing. Feels good (:
Of course, who is to miss out on the turkey. I had dinner Sunday night with a bunch of new friends. It was an awesome environment and even though I was new to everyone, they were all really open and of course yummy food. Lest not forget to give thanks that we are able to fill our stomachs and be bloated as well!
One thing I do miss a lot, is of course Chinese food. Who can do without it? mhmm RICE…
I did realize one thing over the past 4-5 weeks. I've diminished my writing on this blog, but that's all cool. I try to keep it about me and all the narcism. (:
I would like to comment on the crazy events of the world though.
- Cairo's a mess, my condolences to all who were affected.
- RIP Steve Jobs --> you gave life to my mac and was perhaps one of the greatest innovators of the century if not the greatest.
- Oil spills really have to stop. The latest one off the coast of NZ is going to be nuts. It really goes to show that we as humans don't learn from mistakes. It was only 6 months ago when BP happened. Comon!
